Rider notes: A beautiful easy trail. Subbu and I went out for an "easy recovery" ride, but ended up riding quite hard in the second half:)

The elevation gain could be off in this case as well.

Rider notes: I started from Marymoor Park, and went along the Sammamish River Trail till it joins Burke Gilman Trail. I turned back at that point.

This is very nice flat multi-use trail, and seems popular among cyclists, joggers etc.

I managed to average 16.2mph - a good reprieve from the hills yesterday and the day before.

The best way to start this ride is to park at the Marymoor Park, ride towards W Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE, and turn right at the signal. After a few yards, the trail starts at the right.
