You Use this site at your own risk. Cyclogz™ is a free service provided to recreational cyclists to upload, manage and share cycling logs.

This service is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. Cyclogz™ takes no responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the service and or loss of data including any uploaded logs (Cyclogz™ does keep automatic weekly and daily backups of all data).

As a Cyclogz™ user, you are responsible for any content uploaded, edited, or contributed by you.

This service is provided for personal and non-commercial use only. Commercial usage is strictly prohibited.

As a Cyclogz™ user, you may not use this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and must agree to comply with all local and state laws regarding online conduct, acceptable content and copyright laws.

By creating an account, and uploading your cycling logs, you agree to share your logs with other visitors of Cyclogz™ under a Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0 United States License. For more information about this license, please see the FAQ.

Cyclogz™ logs provided by users are for recreational purposes only. Cyclogz™ makes no warranties about the accuracy or safety of any of the tracks or location information. Use this information at your own risk.

To operate this site, the server needs to load data from your GPS device, using the Garmin™ Communicator Plugin. Cyclogz™ is not liable for any damage caused to your personal computer or your GPS device.

This site includes software licensed under the terms of Garmin™ API License Agreement.

Cyclogz™ reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms of Use anytime without any notice.
