After nearly a week -- I was attending the 2008 IEEE Antennas and Propagation Symposium in San Diego, CA. Although I did run a couple of times (5-6 miles) while in SD, that didn't do much.
It was supposed to be 95 today, but turned out to have a high of 77! The downside was that it was pretty cold coming down the Left Hand Canyon. I wasn't prepared for that and so had to stop a couple of times to warm myself up.

A great ride.
